Delivery and collection
Collection at GoodHope Plaza is free and usually ready within the hour. Nairobi boda delivery takes 2–5 hours. Upcountry goes by courier in 1–3 working days, or by matatu parcel to the stage if you want it cheaper and faster.
What it costs
Collection at the shop is free. For every other delivery method, the fee is confirmed after you place the order, not shown at checkout — it depends on your exact location, the weight of the order, and which courier or delivery method you’d prefer. A representative calls you once the order is placed to agree the cost before anything is dispatched.

Addresses in Kenya
We do not ask for a street number, because most of the country does not have one. What we need is your county, your town or estate, and a landmark the rider will recognise. “Near Sunton stage, opposite Naivas, green gate” gets a delivery to you. A street name often does not.
The rider will call before arriving. Keep the phone on.
How we keep you informed
You get an SMS at every status change — paid, packed, dispatched, delivered — to the number you gave at checkout. When an order is dispatched by courier, the SMS includes the courier name and the tracking reference.
Silence is the most common complaint about Kenyan online shopping. We would rather send you one message too many.
Collection
Choose “Collect at GoodHope Plaza” at checkout. Once payment clears we reserve the items for 48 hours and text you when they are ready. Bring your order number. Somebody else can collect on your behalf if they have it.
Damaged or wrong on arrival
Check the box before the rider leaves where you can. If something is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, call us the same day and we will collect it and put it right at our cost.
